Washington State Citizen Resolution to Get Big Money OUT of Our Elections
We have found a sound legal path to eliminate the spending of corporate and dark money in Washington. A simple Act of the legislature can redefine the powers of corporations (and other artificial legal entities) to not allow them to spend in our elections. This would apply to all of our elections; local, state and federal, and would apply to corporations no matter where they are chartered.
