| | National Day of Mobilization - Saturday, October 18th! |
| | As President Trump escalates his authoritarian power grab, the NO KINGS movement continues to rise stronger. We, the majority of millions, are united to remind the world: America has No Kings. President Donald Trump thinks his rule is absolute. He is sending masked agents into our streets, terrorizing our communities. They are targeting immigrant families, profiling, arresting, and detaining people without warrants. Threatening to overtake elections. Gutting healthcare, environmental protections, and education when families need them most. Rigging maps to silence voters. Ignoring mass shootings at our schools and in our communities. Driving up the cost of living while handing out massive giveaways to billionaire allies, as families struggle. On October 18, communities across the nation will rise up to make clear to President Trump that in this country, we don't have kings or wannabe dictators. America belongs to us. No Thrones. No Crowns. No Kings. "NO KINGS" isn't just a slogan—it's a battle cry. Born in the streets, shouted by millions, carried on posters and chants, it echoes from city blocks to rural town squares, uniting people across this country to fight dictatorship together. FIND AN EVENT NEAR YOU! |
| | | | | Fix Democracy First is a non-partisan organization, but due to the unrelenting attack on democracy by Donald Trump and the current administration, we must stand up to defend democracy, the rule of law, and the U.S. Constitution. We support our friends at Free Speech for People and other organizations that are calling for the impeachment of Trump. In the time since his second inauguration, Trump has carried out an assault on the rule of law, on the checks and balances of power between our co-equal branches of government, and on the United States Constitution. Donald Trump is disqualified from the presidency. And now he is committing multiple abuses of power in violation of clear constitutional commands and at the expense of our democratic institutions, constitutional precedent, and the health and safety of all of our people, especially the most vulnerable. Congress must take action. We must demand accountability. Trump is not a monarch. He is beholden to the Constitution, as is Congress. And as the Founders understood, if we are to preserve our democracy for the people, then Congress has a duty to investigate, impeach and remove a corrupt executive. Congress must fulfill its duty now! Congress must immediately impeach and remove Donald Trump for offenses that he has carried out against the people, institutions, and branches of our government. Sign the Petition to take action to defend our republic & Constitution. The time is NOW to remove Trump from office! |
| | | | | Why Your Signature Matters: We are asking you to join a critical national movement to defend the foundation of American democracy: our independent judiciary and the rule of law. By signing this petition, you are adding your voice to a growing chorus of Americans who believe that attacks on our courts, judges, and legal system threaten the very principles upon which our nation was built. What You Should Do: - Help us reach our goal of 1,000,000+ signatures to show Congress and the President that Americans across the political spectrum are united in defending our courts - Share this Petition with family, friends, and colleagues who believe in justice and democracy Why This Matters Now: Our federal courts and state judicial systems face unprecedented threats. Judges are being intimidated, threatened, and targeted for violence simply for doing their constitutional duty. Political figures are calling for defunding the judiciary, while lawyers and law firms face harassment that undermines Americans’ access to legal representation. These attacks on our judicial system represent attacks on democracy itself. Your Impact: This Petition will be delivered directly to every member of Congress and to the President of the United States, demonstrating that the American people demand action to protect our courts and preserve the rule of law for future generations. |
| | | | | Are you a veteran? Our friends at Veterans for All Voters are asking veterans nationwide to renew their Oath of Office on camera and say, in their own words, what those 72 words demand of veterans today. Why it matters Veterans are among the most trusted voices in America. We served with people of every background and know how to put mission over politics. By renewing our oath in public, we show that our allegiance is to the Constitution, not to any other identity. We swear to a document and an ideal, to a promise and a duty that defines who we are and what we strive to become. It calls us to keep building the nation we serve, in uniform and long after. What we ask you to do -
Read the Oath of Office (located on this page) -
Record a ~60-90 second reflection on what the oath meant to you then and what it means now -
Invite others to join. Tag or challenge 2–3 fellow veterans to share their own oath video. Take the #OathChallenge |
